FREE shipping & handling on all orders over $119! Orders under $119 incur a flat $19 shipping & handling charge.
Note: Free shipping offer does NOT apply to orders shipped to the following states: CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM. Orders to these states will incur a flat $39 shipping & handling fee regardless of order size.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, with most orders received by 1 PM EST shipped that same day (Monday - Friday). Orders received Friday afternoon (after 1 PM EST) through Sunday will ship on the following Monday. Note: Dial-A-Box will be closed Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Accordingly, orders placed after Noon EST on Thursday, July 3 will not be shipped until Monday, July 7. Please take this into account when determining when your order will be scheduled for delivery. Dial-A-Box ships via FedEx Home Ground Delivery (delivery Tuesday through Saturday, as late as 8:00 PM) to residential customers and via FedEx Business Ground Delivery (delivery typically by end of business day, Monday-Friday) to commercial customers. You can track the status of your shipment (or proof of delivery) at any time by entering your Package Tracking ID at FedEx Shipment Tracking or by calling 1•800•Go•FedEx® (800-463-3339). Dial-A-Box is only accepting orders within the Continental United States at the present time. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO addresses.

The map and schedule below indicates the number of business days it should take for you to receive your shipment after it leaves Dial-A-Box. Note: These delivery times are ESTIMATED and are NOT GUARANTEED. To count shipping days, begin with the day after your order is shipped (exclude weekends and holidays in your count). Please be sure to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order.
